At the Board meeting, Vice Director Wareham made the very good suggestion that we pursue the idea of private legal counsel initiating action to execute DOJ collection orders in jurisdictions where the minimum limits for collection exceeded a particular FCC forfeiture in the Amateur radio service.

Is that being pursued do you know? I had to leave before the end of the Board meeting and may have missed discussions on this.
