Neither the ARRL Board of Directors as a whole nor the Executive Committee, a sub-set of the Board, has started work on this docket yet. When that work commences, your experience-based input will certainly be taken into account. I regret that you may have been caused to think the ARRL has already begun to consider this proceeding.
