[arrl-odv:35056] Forgot to mention in my minutes suggestions

One substantive suggestion I forgot to point out is that in Minute 16, it says "He discussed the Shortwave Modernization Coalition and stated that it was heading the right direction."  I think it should say "...not heading in the right direction."
