Attached please find the revised 2022-23 Plan Documents.  The net loss improved by $47,000.  While we took this opportunity to tweak a few line items with more accurate information, the two major revisions are 1) an additional TI-1 that will be held in June and 2) a reduction in depreciation expense related to software.

To help in your review if you have already read the original proposal:

                Executive Summary - pages that have been updated are pages 7 and 11-14. 

                Appendix 1 - fully updated.

                Appendix 2 - page 36 has been updated to reflect the additional TI.

As a reminder there will be a Q&A session via Zoom on January 10, 2022 at 11:00 am Eastern time.   This session will be totally driven by your questions about the Plan.  I am also happy to address any questions prior to the call.
