Good news! Tom Gallagher has accepted the job offer.

 

Dave Sumner will be arranging a Board meeting so we can elect Tom as CEO and Secretary. I know that it's difficult to keep things like this confidential, but I'd like to ask that we do so and hold off on any formal comments until the Board has actually made the election.
