Here are draft minutes of the July Board Meeting. Please review and comment at your earliest convenience.

Note that the new procedure for the adoption of minutes is now in effect. See Minute 18. Once Board members have had the opportunity to review the draft and offer comment, a final draft will be circulated and the minutes will be made available to members. Ten days after that I will call for a vote by electronic mail to approve the minutes.
