It would appear that a majority of the Board (albeit with some voices still not heard) would approve the sending of a generic reminder message from HQ to membership regarding a current election.
As I am not the parliamentarian, I would like to know the procedure required to make this official. I will gladly make a motion to this effect, if that is what is required.
