Joyce, a bugzilla ticket has been opened requesting that the FD Locator default to the logged-in user’s location.

Regarding the zoom-out, when I do it the sites only disappear when the scale is so large that it wouldn’t be useful as a locator anyway. The legend above the map includes the number of sites that would be shown in that view if they were displayed. So I’m not sure that this is a bug rather than a conscious decision not to display information that is too imprecise to be useful. I’m checking with Dan Henderson as to how it’s supposed to work.

When bringing up the ARRL Field Day locator - www.arrl.org/field-day-locator  didn't the Web locator used to 'work' with on the "Users Login"?

Meaning...if I logged in (KA2ANF)...the Map would zero in on NNJ area for sites.

Another issue..not sure if new or it always did it...the Zoom feature only shows Sites when its Zoomed in to the size shown in the attachment....Zoom out any more...and the Map shows No Sites...which 'could' give someone the impression of no sites in the area. Does anyone else see this?
