Ballots were
counted today in the Northwestern Division Director and Vice
Director elections. The count was conducted at ARRL
Headquarters under the watchful eye of a representative of
CohnReznick LLP, our independent auditors. The three tellers
appointed by the Ethics & Elections Committee were
Director Frenaye, CFO Shelley, and me.
