Kay Craigie's sharp eyes spotted two errors in the list of Standing Orders. First, SO 69 was updated in 2002. In "Rev.1" attached I have substituted the new version for the old. Second, 93-1.41 was superseded by Minute 65, 2001 Annual Meeting. In "Rev.1" this has been deleted with an appropriate notation. Sorry for the errors.
