To the ARRL Board, Before the flurry of post-meeting activity gets in the way I want to thank you all for the awards you gave me, both of which were surprises and deeply appreciated, as well as for the many kind words said during the final round as well as one-on-one. The personal relationships that I have enjoyed with so many of you -- stretching as far back as 1968, as Rick Niswander mentioned -- have been the most rewarding part of the job. The ARRL is entering an unprecedented period of change. In the coming weeks I will do everything I can to accomplish a smooth transition and to start President Roderick's administration on the road to success. Warm 73, Dave Sumner, K1ZZ
