Our happy dance at this news should be tempered somewhat. Bill's been a frustrating pain in the neck more than once over the years -- as his former Division Director I had some conversations with him off the record that made me want to throttle him -- but he is an active radio amateur and genuinely cares about amateur radio. His successor is likely to continue the PITA bit but probably will not share Bill's personal feelings for our radio service. 73 - Kay N3KN
