Good Morning (again!): Although I don't expect to send all stories being published on ARRL media to the Board in advance, I do think there will be some where it's important to do so. Attached is one on actions coming out of the recent Board meeting pertaining to band planning. I'm sending it to you in advance of the publication date, which will be this Thursday. I suspect you will begin getting questions from members almost immediately as the window for comments is relatively short (two weeks).
