Attached please find the working draft of the minutes for the 2017 ARRL Board Annual Meeting just completed. Please forward any changes/corrections to me as soon as possible. Procedure is that when I have received no changes in the previous 48 hours, I then prepare the final minutes and distribute, after which an email vote on their approval will be called.
