This is the same SM (Rudy Hubbard, WA4PUP) that has an Alert on his Section Web Page stating that his Section will not use the Winlink 2000 system and will continue to use their own Gateway System instead. From what I hear, this SM also torpedoed a Winlink 2000 presentation in his section by allocating a ridiculously short time for the presentation.
