
The report states, BPL offers the potential to leverage the nearly ubiquitous electricity infrastructure to provide broadband services to areas unserved by the more common wired and wireless technologies surveyed above. (page 26) Looking at the map I could not find a BPL test or deployment in "areas unserved by the more common wired and wireless technologies"??
