I have a group in the NW Division HamWAN arena that want to craft a comment to the FCC regarding recent threats to the 5 and 9 cm amateur bands. One of the drafters has asked me to provide the total equivalent dollar value of EmComm services the ARES program provides the general public as part of their argument. I know I've seen a number thrown around somewhere in the past, but I'm at a loss to figure out where I saw it. Anybody remember, or can point me to where I can find that value?
