Last night the Senate approved their version of the NDAA.  As expected, ARPA was not included in that bill.  We planned for that occurrence as we knew that attaching to the Senate was a “no-go” due to our old friend, Sen. Nelson.  

 

The Bill now goes to conference committee, where a small group of conferees will hash out the detail of the final bill.  Our sponsors in the House are working hard to get the conferees to adopt our version of the House NDAA bill.  We stand a much better chance of it getting through the committee.
