Ria, While you are about it, are there any foreseeable decisions you would be asked to make on either board that would affect any actions, activities, financial transactions, etc., on the other Board? Are there any actions you could take on either Board that would, because of the dual positions, affect the financial condition of yourself or anyone close to you?
