It is very beneficial to have them prior to the meeting in order to prepare and to also have your Board meeting books completed ahead of time and ready for you when you arrive. Please review these reports prior to the meeting, ask questions here or informally when you arrive in Hartford. Of course, you can ask questions any time, even during the meeting, but there’s no reason to hold them until then if you have them to ask!
