The balloting by Directors on the question of whether to move the location of the January 2008 Board Meeting to Houston has been completed. There were 9 votes in favor of Houston: Butler, Day, Fallon, Fenstermaker, Frahm, Isely, Leggette, Morton, and Weaver. There were 4 votes opposed: Bodson, Edgar, Frenaye, and Norton.
