It appears that Mr. Ames has chosen to note an appeal of the decision of Federal Judge C. Darnell Jones, the trial judge in the Ames case. Ames' named attorney has filed a notice of appeal of the decision in the Third Circuit United States Court of Appeals. Copy of the Notice of Appeal is attached, which includes a copy of Judge Jones' well-reasoned decision.
