After looking at everything available, including Mr. Bush's speech in Las Vegas made at about the same time just to make sure Alan didn't get the candidates mixed up, I'm pretty confident he simply misheard the "Broadband Revolution" reference. But I have several inquiries into the Kerry campaign via various channels to get clarification. The news editor I spoke to at KVBC Channel 3 said it was a prepared speech, that he believes the text on the Kerry web site is what was delivered. They have the video from a couple of news stories about the event on their web site, but no video of the full speech. http://www.kvbc.com/ Even so, perhaps the extra attention Dave is giving to it may find some "in" to get our concerns on the table. -- Tom ===== e-mail: k1ki@arrl.org ARRL New England Division Director http://www.arrl.org/ Tom Frenaye, K1KI, P O Box J, West Suffield CT 06093 Phone: 860-668-5444
