Harold,
It's good that the page has been updated.
A major factor on many current ARRL web pages is that the actions from those pages are "below the fold"--far enough down the page that they don't show up unless you scroll down.  In many of these cases, there is also no visual cue that the page continues below the current view.  Thus, many people never even know that there is other information or links available.

The Division-new URL is an example.  After the text, there is a list of the Divisions--but that list currently shows up only if I scroll down.
I strongly recommend putting those two lines of Division links at the TOP of the page.  If someone thinks it's still important to have it where it is, these lines could even be repeated where they are right now.  But I think it is critical to get those lines up where people can take advantage of them.

As implied above, I think it would be helpful to review all current site pages, and if the point of a page is mostly the next level of links, then moving the links to the top should be considered strongly.

Subject: [arrl-odv:19422] New Division Information Page -PSE Review

Hi,

Here is a link to the new Division information page that we have put together.  This page is for “public” view.   We changed the page based on feedback from members. Its presentation has been modified from the current page to let the user find the information easier and faster.  Please review it and let Katie Glass know if there any corrections or revisions.

This page will replace the current page located here:   http://www.arrl.org/divisions  We plan to make the new page live Friday morning

Also, if you have not added your picture to your profile, we would appreciate it if you do so.  We have most of your photos here so we can add them for you but you would have to contact Katie.  If you want to do it yourself, and need a copy of your official Board picture, I can email you a copy.

Harold
