The ARRL ad hoc Committee on Scouting and you did a great job! In the report, 3rd paragraph and the 2nd line states: "ARRL publications pertaining to scounting" needs a little clarification for me. What is the committee recommendation? Will the ARRL Publication you all are referring to be incorporated in one of the current ones or will there be a new one under a seperate cover of ARRL/Scounting?
