I hate it when messages to ODV copy people outside of the Board and Officers. I did not include KX9X and WW1ME on this reply message. The first thing that strikes me about the legislation is that we now have a federal agency describing 50-200' towers as "Short Towers". Since most ham towers are less than 75' high, maybe this definition alone will help us in the future!
