BTW, the fellow that I corralled to take pictures was John Kneuer, former  Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information.  As Assistant Secretary, he also was the principal advisor to the President on telecommunications policy and the Administrator of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration.  https://tinyurl.com/uaqaxrf.
