Mike, Vice Directors are not participating in this meeting. For several weeks, Directors, volunteer Officers, Dave, and Chris have been working on a very sensitive and confidential issue. Directors chose to move the e-mail discussion off the OD/ODV reflectors, so Vice Directors and Staff Officers except for Dave have not been copied on the correspondence. I don't know whether Directors will decide this evening to deal with the matter on the record or in a Committee of the Whole. Either way, I hope they will agree to discuss the issue and its background with their Vice Directors once things have been brought to a close, but that will be for them to decide. 73 - Kay N3KN
