Directors are responsible for effective and legal aspects of League operations. Directors are not discharged from responsibility by membership, or lack of membership, on any certain committees.

Directors are entitled to all League information to fulfill their obligations, and some of that information is revealed in committee meetings.

I believe the League would benefit if all Directors (including those Directors called Vice Directors) had Internet or telephone access to committee meetings.

However, I am not chairman of the A&F Committee, and do not control access. That function is covered by another individual.

Thanks  Jeff.  I'll review.

While we're on the subject of the A&F, I want to bring up again a matter that I had brought up some weeks ago.

Most of our standing committee meetings are viewable through Zoom.  This one, arguably one of the most important meetings, other than the Board meeting itself, is not.

As it turns out, I will not be able to make the trip to Denver this time around.  So, lack of Zoom access certainly affects me.  But I imaging it affects others as well.

Perhaps a straw poll of the Board is in order here.  How many Board members feel that this meeting should be remotely accessible?

I'll vote yes, of course.  I think it should.  Anyone else ??

Thanks,
Mike
