A l'il gremlin snuck unnoticed into the November PSC minutes.  At  minute B1 a Hart recipient callsign was typoed, and the name of the typoee attached thereto. Thankfully the intended recipient, W2RU was duly nominated and recorded at the board meeting.  I've attached amended minutes, which are changed only in that respect.
