Dave and the EC, I appreciate the effort and time the EC invested in focusing the Strategic Plan on 2011. As is readily seen, a number of the objectives are stated in rather general terms. As a result, I have a question about the thinking of the EC concerning item E.4. This past year, it appears from your report that staff's focus on increasing the use of volunteers was to encourage more members to become involved in historic positions -- e.g. existing appointed positions. This is good. Knowing there has been a meaningful amount of discussion among some directors regarding the use of volunteers in new or unique ways, I wonder if the thinking of the EC on E.4. includes focusing on the latter possibilities as well?
