Yes, Wade, you are. Paul Rinaldo and I collaborated on a draft of various documents which constituted the "package" that would be delivered to Directors and SMs for BPL lobbying purposes. In our view, the package is ready for prime time. However, we gave it to Dave for his review and he has been stretched six ways from Sunday since before we gave it to him. He will review it upon his return from the R3 meeting. However, the only missing part is a short "how to" memo that Derek Riker is working on. Then the package will be complete. 73, Chris W3KD
