HR 462 Cosponsor added

I am pleased to report that Congressman David Price (D-NC) was added as a cosponsor of HR 462, bringing our total to 10. Rep. Price is a key catch for ARRL-he serves as one of the House Appropriations "Cardinals", Chairman of the Homeland Security Subcommittee funding the DHS.
