Columbia University ARC has been leading the charge here. I was part of their team when I lived in the city. Alan, N2YGK runs a well-oiled machine. They had been chomping at the bit to do remote exams when CoViD had shut them down. They were given the chance once the examtools process was fleshed out and ARRL/VEC began authorizing remotely supervised exams. They have put a lot of relevant info on their website. Check it out. https://www.w2aee.columbia.edu/content/remote-license-exams 73 Ria, N2RJ On Thu, 14 May 2020 at 13:11, John Robert Stratton <N5AUS@n5aus.com> wrote:
GLAARG is a FCC VEC.
It has begun to administer remote exams. I have listed GLAARG's website and its remote testing page below. This organization's efforts were brought to my attention by one of Laurel's Oklahoma VEs; he learned of GLAARG's efforts from a friend of his that actually sat for (and passed)one of GLAARG's remote exam sessions.
