Maybe a member Email “PO Box” forwarding service arrangement (a members’ call at an ARRL domain to first class mail) for members who have no email? Maybe a few bucks a year or maybe a service for members only as an incentive if they truly have no email. Some very long-time members will not. Someone on this list raised this idea I recall. But it might raise missed notice claims for us as it becomes a responsibility to perform well. There is no reminder sent by FCC I think, but a notice of renewal error or violation or something is likely what we are talking about. How many instances does that happen in the Amateur service each year?
