Sometimes I've noticed that it takes several hours for one of my Division newsletters to get back to me after I hit the "SEND" button. I don't know if it's on the ARRL server side, or something with Comcast though. Eventually it gets to me, but it might be as long as 4 hours before I even get back the automatic one that states how many members were sent the mail.
