I think I, as a section manager, appreciate as well as anyone the need for the ARRL to raise funds. However e-mails such as the one below contribute to a problem that is in the process of destroying a useful ARRL service, the "arrl.net" e-mail reflector. The problem is spam. E-mails such as that exhibited below and the advertising pop-up on the ARRL web site provide a very clear image of the ARRL as a spam provider, rather than a spam eliminator or even a neutral.
Please, find some other way to advertise.
