Ladies and Gentlemen:
This coming weekend, the IS staff is planning to complete the upgrade of the ARRL mail server which supports all arrl.org e-mail addresses including all the mail lists like ODV, etc. This final stage involves transferring all the data from the existing server to the new one over the course of the weekend.
Accordingly, there will be no ARRL e-mail service beginning at 6 am EDT on Saturday, June 29th through sometime Sunday, June 30th. As always, we will keep the downtime to a minimum but this will depend on the length of time it will take to transfer the data. We are planning to post a notice on the web page so that members will be aware as well.
This does not impact the arrl.net forwarding system unless, of course, your are having mail forwarded to from there to your arrl.org e-mail address.
We appreciate your patience through this planned upgrade.
