with horseradish mashed potatoes, wild mushroom ragout, frizzled onions and cabernet demi reduction

crusted chicken
panko crusted chicken breast, madeira jus, rosemary roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables

atlantic salmon
Chipoltle glaze, red beans & rice, grilled asparagus

Friday

new york strip steak
grilled to perfection, served with herb roasted wild mushrooms in a port reduction, cauliflower au grati (carb conscious)

roasted chicken
tasso gravy, mashed sweet potato, seasonal vegetables

shrimp crusted halibut
braised artichoke hearts, brussel sprout leaves, lemon aioli
