new york strip steak
grilled to perfection, served with herb roasted wild mushrooms in a port reduction, cauliflower au grati (carb conscious)
 
roasted chicken
tasso gravy, mashed sweet potato, seasonal vegetables
 
shrimp crusted halibut
braised artichoke hearts, brussel sprout leaves, lemon aioli
