There is a seminar on new technologies being held later this month in conjunction with the meeting of ITU-R Working Party 8A in Geneva. Paul Rinaldo was asked to provide a status report on digital technology in the amateur service. He has prepared a PowerPoint presentation that nicely captures and summarizes a lot of information that you undoubtedly are aware of but may not have gathered in one place.
