[arrl-odv:22659] Another FCC enforcement action

Here is another, very encouraging development on the FCC enforcement front. We suspect that the source of the interference is the electronic ballast on a "grow light" which happens to be the subject of the June QST editorial. I'm attaching a preprint of the editorial, which went to the printer two days ago (i.e., just before the announcement of this enforcement action). The Seattle Office's prompt investigation of an amateur's complaint in May 2013 set the wheels in motion leading to this citation. Today's announcement provides further evidence that with the recent change in leadership of the Enforcement Bureau, there's a new sheriff in town. Dave K1ZZ
