(attachment added this time...) Is digital audio produced in the DRM (Digital Radio Mondiale) format allowed on HF (below 29 MHz)[or elsewhere?]? In what bands/segments? It seems to have a 12 khz bandwidth. I hope not - but I see people are apparently using it...
