I have asked to clarify the procedure for requesting a speaker/representative from Headquarters to attend an ARRL convention.

All such requests should be made to Gail Iannone, Convention and Hamfest Coordinator, in the Membership and Volunteer Programs Department: giannone@arrl.org and 860-594-0262. If you want to request a specific individual please let Gail know, and she will check on availability with the person’s supervisor and the individual him/herself.
