All: I apologize, but there were two sentences left out of the letter announcing the call for the upcoming Board meeting. The following should have been included: Expenses related to Board Meeting attendance and travel will only be reimbursed for Thursday through Sunday from the Board meeting account. Should your membership on a committee require you to arrive earlier to attend a meeting of that committee, the additional expenses will be charged to the appropriate committee account. This has been our policy for many years and I just missed it when reviewing the letter. Again, I apologize if there was any misunderstanding as a result of this omission. 73, Barry J.
