[arrl-odv:32175] Updates on HF Digital band plan?

I guess this is directed to Mr. Siddall.... Is there any update as to when the latest ARRL HF digital band plan will actually be submitted to the FCC? As I recall the last I heard was that it was going to be "worked on soon", but that was about a month or so ago. It was also discussed that perhaps this Spring we could see action on the other RMs affecting HF band plans (RM-11759 and RM-11828), and probably the baud rate (RM-11708) and digital transparency (RM-11831) ones too.
