+1 to get away from GoToMeeting and move to Zoom. Citrix, based near me sold Gotomeeting several years back. Last week, I was on a Citrix online Zoom meeting. They don't even use it anymore. Time to shift... do we have a long term contract with Gotomeeting? Hi Craig, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry the audio did not work for you, we had nearly 100 participants today and all seemed to go well otherwise.

I found the broken link on the support page and will report it immediately, There is also a "call support" option on the bottom of the same page for future reference. We will continue to do our best to make these webinars as accessible as possible.

I wanted to share my experience when I attempted to login to the ARRL Boston Bombing Webinar. I am running Windows 8.1 with all updates accomplished, so the Webinar app appeared to install normally. The session started up on time, and I was able to see a shared slide with live video of one person speaking, but could not hear his voice. My computer audio was working fine, so I clicked on the Support hyperlink to get help or advice. at the bottom of the Support page is the link to click if the user is having audio issues. I clicked on that and a 404 message popped up stating that the page I was looking for did not exist. At this point the GotoWebinar app launcher says that I am connected to the session and "Let's Get Started!" but there is nothing showing but a generic info screen.
In summary, IMO this is a terrible system. Please consider using the Zoom webinar program for these events in the future.
