Hello ALL -Marketing of Boefeng UV-5R V2+ radios outside of their authorization earns Amcrest an FCC Citation and order. Seems that these radios operate even in the VHF aviation portion of the spectrum.... well outside the scope of the limits of their equipment authorization.It is nice to see some enforcement action !73, Kermit W9XA
