Good Afternoon:

This Saturday, November 19^th, we will be completing a capital project approved in the 2016 Plan, the upgrade of the back-up generator which would support roughly half our computer infrastructure and the phone system in a power outage. This was necessary because of the addition of equipment in the MDF closet where all the equipment currently resides.

There should be no interruption of power to the building or any of our systems during the replacement which is expected to take most of the day to complete. Staff will be on-site to supervise the vendor and deal with any issues that might arise.
