It’s good to be in the lead, that is why our CSEPP, DHS and FEMA exercises were conducted early in my Division, they didn’t wait till this late in the year..

Seriously, Bob Stephens, WA4CMO the Communications Supervisor, seems to be a level-headed, straight shooter (Kentucky Long Rifle).  I had gotten the impression a couple of weeks ago that he would be submitting a request for waiver soon, but didn’t realize it would be this soon.
