I am both shocked and saddened. Wade was a "class guy." I had the good fortune to get to know to this quite bright man pretty well sitting next to him at meetings and working together with him on committees. He was a very fair and thinking individual. I think I can speak for all of us on the board and say that we admired him and the values he stood for. He will be missed. I just cannot believe that he is gone. His family and he are in our prayers here. Frank....N2FF.......
